• All sales are against 100% payment in advance.
• All artworks made available for sale on the Website will be sold at the price listed and no discounts will be granted to the buyer unless provided by Hardeep Art itself for a particular transaction.
• For International Buyers/Collectors: The price of the artworks listed does not include duties, taxes, shipping, and handling, which will be charged as applicable and would depend on the physical location of the artwork as well as the shipping address provided by the buyer.

• The buyer agrees that the buyer is liable for any duties and taxes that might be applicable on the purchase as per above and such charges shall be payable in addition to the price of the artwork.

• It is very important, First International Buyers/Collectors contact us, Before any Purchase from this Website.

• Placing an order on www.hardeepart.com. constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase. Unless rescinded/cancelled by Hardeep Art on account of unavailability of the artwork or default or any prior or continuing breach by the buyer, such acceptance results in an enforceable contact of sale.

• Hardeep Art reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.

• Once sold, Hardeep Art will not accept any returns of any artworks.
• Original Handmade Art cards are also available on the website hardeepart.com. Each card comes with an envelope for mailing or gift-giving.
• To buy prints of art cards in bulk/ bundle, please contact us by filling out the contact form below.

• if you receive the “wrong” or “damage” piece?

• If you have received the wrong or damage item, please inform us immediately at contact@hardeepart.com after reception of the item state “wrong item” or “damage item” as a Once we have received and checked the item and agree that it is wrong or damage, we will refund you the full amount including the cost of delivery.

• The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped. It is important, therefore, to take care when both unpacking and repacking your artwork.

• The artworks will be delivered/shipped in 7 to 10 working days to the Buyer once all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, etc. as may be reasonably requested for by Hardeep Art are completed.

• All artwork displayed on the Website is an authenticity guarantee from the Artist.

• We Provide you Authenticity Certificate with Artist’s Signature for every original artwork sold on hardeepart.com.

• Hardeep Art is not liable for any charges that may be levied at the destination whether in India or overseas.

• We take great care to reproduce the colors of the original paintings as depicted on the website, There may be variations in shade and color. No complaints in this regard would be entertained.

• Disputes, if any, would be subject to India jurisdiction only.

• Only ONE discount code can be used in an individual transaction.

• We offer promotional discount code time to time for specific product. Hardeep Art reserves the right to cancel any discount/offer at any time.
• Pricing and Product Availability:

• Prices are subject to change at any time. Coupon/Promo code must be used before their expiry date to be accepted.
• All Prices are in INR and USD and accept payments through our website.

Graphics, articles, file content, codes, news, reviews, comments, forum posts and database contained on the website or in connection with the services.
