1. How do I subscribe ‘Hardeep Art’ newsletter?
Simply scroll down to the bottom of any web page on my website, and enter your email address in the box beneath the sentence, “Enter your Email and Submit”. Click the submit button to the box and: you will be subscribed!

2. What’s in the newsletter?
Announcements of Big offers, discounts, sales, new artworks, upcoming events, such as workshops, exhibitions, live painting events, and so forth. There are also tips on where to buy my artworks and everything else that touches upon my artworks!

3. How often is the newsletter sent out?
I try to send my newsletter out about once a month, but due to the uncertainties of life, that schedule can sometimes be interrupted.

4. How do I unsubscribe from ‘Hardeep Art’ newsletter?
Sorry to see you go, but we understand. Unsubscribing is easy: just click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of my newsletters.

5. Do you sell prints?
We sell prints through the third parties: look at the links at the Homepage in “My Stores” section of the website. There are four links available in “My store”.

6. I purchased a painting on your web site. What happens next?
— You should receive a confirmation email from contact@hardeepart.com. Check your spam folder, if you did not receive it.

— Your painting will be carefully packed for shipping. This can take up to a week, it will be shipped stretched (India) and in roll/tube(International).

— We will let you know once your piece is shipped, along with the tracking number so that you can track it yourself on-line.

— Delivery! Please make sure that someone is home to receive it. If this is impossible, then please contact the courier directly, to make alternate arrangements.

7. Is there a fee for packing and Shipping In India?
In India, Packaging and Shipping is free. There are no charges.

8. How do I initiate a request for a commissioned (on order) artwork?
The first step is to confirm that I am currently accepting commissions/orders.

9. How do I order a commissioned painting?

This depends on your order. The size which you select and style what you want
Once I know what size canvas you want and have received your deposit, then we start to stretch the canvas. If we don’t have the size of canvas that you want, then we bring on special  order it takes 5-6 days.

when canvas ready we will connect you and discuss more about painting, that you want to customize.

Please note, I do not make exact copy of other Artist work.

we send you photos of the painting once I feel like the work is complete or close to complete. You provide feedback if you would like to see more or less of something, etc. If needed, I make necessary changes and send you photos once again.

Once you are happy with the result, you pay the remain

10. How long does a commissioned painting take to complete?
This depends on my schedule at the time of the order, how large the commissioned piece is, and how many iterations the commissioned artwork requires. While it is on a case-by- case basis, you should normally expect anywhere between 2 and 8 weeks to complete.

11. How will I know when my artwork shipped ?
You will receive the email from us and also message from shipping courier services. They will provide you tracking number. You can check your artwork shipment Online.  For any questions, contact me at contact@hardeepart.com.

12. What information do you need from me, to ship my artwork?
The courier companies need a delivery address. They also require a contact telephone number and an email address so that the courier company can contact you with delivery information.

13. How long will it take for my painting to be delivered?
Your painting will be packaged within 3-4 working days of payment. It is then delivered to the courier company where the time that it takes for the delivery varies, depending on the area to which the package is travelling.

14. What form of payment is accepted?
When purchasing directly from our website, the all forms of payment is available that will allow you to pay using a credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, UPI etc. If any problem While pay,  you can contact us by filling a contact form on our website.

15. How International Buyers/Collectors Purchase on your Website?
Before, any purchase from our Website, Please International Buyers/Collectors Contact Us by Filling the contact form on our Website. We can make there Purchase and Shipping easy with direct contact.

16. Is there fee for Shipping for International Buyers/Collectors?
Yes, There are Shipping Charges for International Buyers/Collectors. The fee depends on the Location where the Package Travels.

NOTE:  All customs duties and charges (if applicable- not every country has import duties) are payable by the buyer and not the artist. It is not my responsibility to know what these charges may be.

18. what is available for purchase on your Website?
Interestingly, On my Website, you can Buy Original paintings and Drawings. Art Prints of my Original Art are available. Furthermore, you can also try for Art cards, that are handmade original with the watercolor medium.

19. What is in Artbooks?
Love to hear from you! Art books include handmade original art cards on A5sheet. The art cards are used to greet, and wish someone on a particular day, like Birthdays, Anniversaries, Best Wishes, Friendship, Thank You, Congratulations, Grateful, Thinking of you, Sympathy, Family Love, and many more illustration arts. you can also use these cards as wall art, frame these, and hang them on your wall. Each card comes with an envelope for mailing or gift-giving.

20. How many types of currency are available on your Website?                                   

There are two types of currency available on my website. That is in USD dollars and Indian Rupees.

21. Can I buy prints of art cards in bulk?

Yes, you can buy art card prints in bulk. You select the design or card that you want in bulk, So we can send you a pack of 10, 20, 30, 40, etc., as per your requirement.  Please contact us for bulk orders.
