Every piece showcased on hardeepart website is exclusive, and all items are fragile or heavy. While shipping, the packaging is done by experts who take utmost care to ensure the piece does not get damaged in transit. The items you see on our website can be shipped globally in tube /rolled, to avoid hefty freight charges. You would be responsible for getting your painting re-stretched, once it reaches your end. We Shipped stretched Art only in India. Our pieces require special packaging and are sometimes heavy and fragile. We provide free shipping on a specific amount and bear the taxes ourselves i.e., the prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of all shipping and GST charges. Once your purchase transaction is complete, our team will be in touch with you regarding shipment details. We always provide clients with an estimated delivery timeline before confirming the order, and special considerations can be discussed and settled before you make the payment. Orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 working days of receiving payment. Occasionally, it may take us longer to dispatch the shipment, if the item needs to be customized.
