1. First Inspect the item carefully before any purchase. Once sold, Hardeep Art will not accept any returns of any artworks/item.

–In some conditions we accept return items: if you receive the “wrong” or “damage” piece.

-If you have received the wrong or damage item, please inform us immediately at contact@hardeepart.com after reception of the item state “wrong item” or “damage item” as a reason. Once we have received and checked the item and agree that it is wrong or damage, we will refund you the full amount including the cost of delivery.

-The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped. It is important, therefore, to take care when both unpacking and repacking your artwork.

2. Please note that you should make payments ONLY to details mentioned here on the Payment Options. We will never send an email or phone you with payment details. Please be aware of fraudulent emails / phone calls. Kindly read the terms and conditions.

3. If you Ask For Price\Enquiry- Once an order is placed and confirmed by us; the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the artwork and other additional charges (shipping / handling / taxes) within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. In the event that Hardeep Art does not receive payment within 7 working days Hardeep Art reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.

4. Placing an order on www.hardeepart.com. Unless cancelled by Hardeep Art on account of unavailability of the artwork or out of stock item, until then, your sale is in acceptance. Hardeep Art reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer. If you Pay for your order/purchase, then we will refund you within 7-10 working days.
